I almost sure why my wall was delete, but for some other people, it's maybe not
that easy or it could be many reason, or the guy who got his wall delete cant
figure out what he have do wrong. I did put screenshot in my comment..., but i
only used it some part of the screenshot not the hole, are they allowed ? just

someone can just put a list of the good and useful tutorial for new people, like

made bg, etc. - did the mod did just see screenshot in my comment and delete. If so, I better not event tell

Maybe, here in MT the capitalization is overtaking the site, people who are rich
get event more rich and the poor will be poor forever. People like me who just
started in MT, try to make wallpaper, but we cant use scan(cant dl them
yet)/screenshot/other that are alike the new wall we want to make, I dont know
where to find scan too, in good quality, and I dont have money to spend for
importing a artbook from Japan, I dont event have a scanner at home. So we poor
people are here with nothing, when people with good lvl(30 or more) they just
found scan anywhere, make wall with any scan they can use, and then post they
new wall/scan to get event more lvl from favorite and comments. And then the
poor people who want to make a great wall from nothing dont get any help. You
are only told of :
1)Extraction. The act of taking a character out of a scan to put in your
wallpaper. poligonal lasso or pen tool + at least 500% zoom is your friend if
well done, while magic wand generally makes for so-so walls
2) Cleaning. If the scan is grainy or contains other artifacts, cleaning the
image is an important point
3) Layout. A decent composition is important. A thought out wallpapers is
certainly more appealing and represent a higher level of quality/effort
4) Quality and effort in designing the background
this over and over I remember see it at least 15 times in this topic
only.
I did read most of this topic(217posts) and most of the policy thing on
submitting( yeah, I know I did lose 3 or 4 hours of my life. )
taste of quality is a personal opinion of someone, so If the mod who check them
is in bad mood and/or dont like your kind of wallpaper, its going to be deleted
for sure. did the movies award(or an smaller organisation like that) is based on
only one guy ? I like the simples walls if its too heavy, I rarely like them
because they are too much things in the wall for the resolution it have. When
too the artist want to put as many effect/filter he can on a wall, a few is ok
but 10 or 15 is too much.

I second this very good idea making the delete of a submit of at least 3 or 4
mods and the low res on the bad wall is also good it will help to people like me
to improve they skills in making wall. Like the site is build, it is very easy
to do, because delete submit are just 404 not found, they number are just dont
used anymore, so instead just leave the miniature and the comment open and
delete the big res picture that take more place.
Another thing, some facts that happened here in MT or questions:
1)
just a little while, this morning, I see the mod Keltosh(mod) post a scan of
ichigo, then after(about 20 min after) a normal member post it(same scan) with
better resolution(about 400 pixel more each side), but thats the normal member
scans who was deleted..., this is not what is stated on the rules of MT. I didnt
compare the quality, because I cant access scan yet.
2)
I did count the number of wall/scan/other that did pass/posted yesterday. 410
have been submit and around 70 have passed the quality test. less than 20% stay on MT. I know that
maybe 50% dont have the quality and/or its the same of another one, but 20% is
well just too low.

I did read carefully the policy and from what I did read, in the first part it
state that users have too some rights( to learn, submit, and see others work),
but in the second part, is MT is for the fun of the mods/admin ? We members have
no right about the delete, if you want a feedback of a wallpaper you must be
already good enough to pass the quality
check. People learn faster when someone tell exactly what is not right, than
only said -no Its not good go away !- Maybe we can make a topic of very good
tutorial for each thing that are easily missed (extraction, cleaning, layout). I
know there is already a topic with full sites filled with tutorial, its
confusing for someone who want to start, and who dont know how I call that ? ,
what is this effect ? Im not a god of PS but, I can work with layer, mask,
lasso, some filters, and some more, but when I come to a site tutorial, and I

always full... I didn't put all the series that my friend lend me, but I do burn
around 20 full DVD of anime each month...
I like more kawaii girls like Yunna(maburaho), Koishi Herikawa(Onegai), they can
do anything for you and the main guy just keep ignoring them, so they start to
be very attactive and jealous...
I never liked cars race or have interest in cars, but Initial D did catch my
attention. Winning with the crappiest car ever and the driver who is like a
"god" of driving. The story is pretty good too.
I know, official wallpaper, artbooks, and some other goodies(standup, poster,
etc...) that the compagnie who made for anime are considered as scan on
Minitokyo.
But, Is a screenshot that I took is considered as a scan ? or it's something
else ?
